When you browse our digital store or complete a purchase via our checkout provider (LemonSqueezy), basic transaction information (such as your email address and payment receipt details) is collected to fulfill your digital download order.

2. Pinterest API Usage & Data Processing

In accordance with Pinterest Developer Policies, our company integrates with the Pinterest API (including Model Context Protocol / MCP and Claude Desktop workflows). With explicit user authorization (OAuth), we may access and process:

• Public profile information (username, profile details),
• Board and Pin metadata and media assets,
• Advertising and organic pin performance analytics and metrics.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) & MCP Integration

Data retrieved via the Pinterest API and MCP tools is processed exclusively within our secure local systems. This data is utilized solely for internal digital content creation, Pin design, publishing/scheduling workflows, advertising campaign management, and performance analysis through local AI models. Pinterest data is never used to train generalized external third-party AI models.

4. Data Security, Storage & Confidentiality

All Pinterest API access tokens (OAuth tokens) and synchronized API data are stored strictly within authorized, encrypted, and isolated local environments. We implement rigorous administrative and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of API credentials and data.

5. Prohibition of Third-Party Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer any data obtained through the Pinterest API to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks for marketing or any other external commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention, Revocation & Deletion Rights

Users and account holders retain full control over their connected data:

• Revoke Access: You can revoke our application's access at any time directly through your Pinterest Account Settings (Apps).
• Data Deletion Requests: You may request complete erasure of any stored API data or account records by emailing us at happykidsdesigning@gmail.com. Upon receipt, all associated locally stored tokens and data will be permanently purged within 30 business days.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We may use minimal session cookies or privacy-first analytics tools to ensure our website functions correctly, analyze overall visitor traffic, and improve customer experience.

8. Payment Processing & Third-Party Services
