2. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of downloadable items (PDFs and images), digital sales are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us!

If you experience any issues accessing your files, receive a corrupt file, or need assistance with printing sizes, please reach out through our Contact Page. We will happily resolve the issue, re-send your files, or process a refund if applicable.

4. Printing Tips

For best results with printable masks, coloring pages, and wall art, we recommend printing on standard US Letter or A4 heavy cardstock (80lb - 100lb) using standard home inkjet or laser printers.
